We first discuss all the information of said commission you want before anything is set in stone.

References! Make sure you have a ref sheet and references of poses/expressions you want. This makes my life 10x easier and is a must.

For emotes, I have a special condition that you sit with me during the sketching phase (in a discord call as I share my screen with you) so that we may have the emotes done in the exact way you want them to be. I prefer immediate information. This helps me also to not forget things as I happen to be goldfish brain at times.

You can't claim my work as your own at any time. I am able to use all art I make in my portfolio. I will not use any art I make for you to sell and make profit

You can't make edits to my art without my permission.

All art made is for personal use unless you pay the 75% fee for commercial rights. When you pay to have commercial rights, you still can't claim the art as something you made. You can use said art for merch or brand stuff. You can't resell any art I have made for you without my permission even if you have commercial rights

Only the commissioner has the right to use the art I make for them and no one else is allowed to make edits to said art.

I do not do refunds. Not unless I am unable to complete the commission due to any life complications. NOTE THIS. After the sketching phase is done, there is no refund allowed.

If you so happen to think you are funny and try to charge back, I will make sure I have your name and account and spread it around so other's know of your thievery. Don't steal from artists. Not cool.

Do not question my prices. The "Your art is not worth that much, give me it for less" is really old. Go find cheaper art elsewhere if you want cheaper art. I'm not here to haggle.

I have every right to adjust my prices I deem worthy of myself. It is my art, I choose my prices.

If you want the art to be secret until it is done, then say so at the very beginning and I will refrain from posting anything or doing art of it on stream. Other than that, I will do these things if you say nothing about it.

As an artist, my style is always changing as I learn more and more. Don't always expect it to look exactly the same, I am always experimenting to improve my own art.

Do not ask me to draw like someone else's art style. That's not how it works dude...

I have every right to decline your commission if I deem it to be creepy, difficult, or impossible. I also have every right to refuse you service and refund you afterwards if I find out you are a shady individual. I'm not into making art for people who are cruel individuals.

I am a living creature that needs breaks and does real life things. Do not expect things fast. I do not take rush orders. Don't expect me to. I'm a slow artist and generally take a few weeks for commissions.

Payment is always first before I even start on your art. I go down the list of who came first so if you can't stand waiting a while, don't commission me. Not a good idea.

I will send you my PayPal link for you to send the money through to me. Once I have received payment, I will confirm it with you by stating that I did.

I can't draw elderly, mecha or anything I cannot believe I am able to do. (SEXUAL GORE, SCAT OR UNDERAGE SHIT IS AN IMMEDIATE BLOCK FROM ME)

I am able to do some types of Furry, fetishes and over all NSFW art.

You must be 18+ years of age to commission me for NSFW art. If I find out you were underage, I will make sure your name is added to my list of people to never serve again and be blocked as well as tell others of 18+ content creators to avoid.

Being ignorant of my terms of service does not exempt you from them. I don't care if you didn't read it. That isn't my problem. Learn to read TOS next time if you have a problem.
